Feeling Stressed? Need A Vacation.

Have you ever felt so tired and stressed that you just wanted to drop everything and fall off the face of the earth? Not hearing about anything or anyone and just be able to sleep and relax. We have all been through it, maybe due to work or school or both if you're paying your studies (like me). Where once in a while we just wanna give up, that I have realized is a symptom of needing a vacation, and what is better than going far away for a couple days like the beach, the mountains or just simply escaping to another City, and if you can do all these in another country ufff even better. When we are young we start making plans of traveling the world and getting to know all sorts of cultures and eating delicious exotic foods but then we never follow these dreams. Well let me tell you that it's time to do it!

We live in a time in which traveling has become soooo easy for anyone from luxury travelers to people on a budget, so if you're at work or at school and just need to escape for a couple days just do it (Like Nike)! You may have a job that wont allow you to leave for long extended periods, well in that case start saving up, and as soon as you have at least 2 days off go do something different that do not require you doing chore. For example my mom is a principle of an elementary school in Costa Rica, She is busy, busy, busy all the time, however the moment there is a holiday or some type of day off she takes full advantage to leave that city and go to either a different city to get a new vibe or she and my dad go to visit their parents and family and that helps them release and that stress keeping them young and energetic to return to work on Monday morning
There is a medical term used a lot when people are over stressed due to work and its called "Burnout".Burnout is exhaustion of physical or emotional strength usually as a result of prolonged stress or frustration caused by work and it is commonly mistaken by depression. Unlike depression burnout can be treated with a mild vacation instead of drugs. So i urge you guys to pick up your computer or cell phone and plan a short vacation to another country if you can if not go to a neighboring city by yourself or with family and friends and relax! and have a good time, most importantly eat something extremely delicious!
